Ingredients

  1. 1 tbspoil
  2. 3/4 cupshao xing wine
  3. 4 slicedried tangerine or orang zest
  4. 1star anise
  5. 6 sliceginger
  6. 2 clovegarlic
  7. 1 tbspscallion
  8. 800 gramsoxtail
  9. sauce
  10. 2 cupwater
  11. 2 tbspdark soy sauce
  12. 1 tbspoyster sauce
  13. 1 tsplight soy sauce
  14. 2 tbsprock sugar or brown sugar

Cooking Instructions

    Brown oxtail then removed oxtail and set aside

  2. 2

    With the same pan add shao xing wine scrapping browned bits to a boil

  3. 3

    Add mix soy sauce and sugar with water onto pan

  4. 4

    Add scallion and garlic with ginger together with oxtail then bring to a boil

  5. 5

    Transfer all ingredient into preasure cooker on high for 50 minutes

  6. 6

    Put in oven at 200c cover and bake for 20 minute then uncover bake for another 20 minutey

  7. 7

    Strain sauce and then pour strained clear sauce on oxtail
