Knead the soft the dough with 1/2 tsp salt and keep aside cover with muslin cloth. mix the salt,chilli powder,chilli,coriander and dry mango powder in mashed potato.

Now divide the dough into small balls. stuff the mixture and make the paratha. heat the pan roast the paratha. serve with curd,pickle and butter.
