Today I prepared Bengali favorite posto ,it's healthy specially diabetic patient.
Steps

Take a pan add oil and kudri pieces

Fry it add green chilli again fry it

Add salt and water and cover it.

After 6/7 minutes add posto paste (before grind it well,make smooth paste)

After 5 minutes add mustard oil

Now remove it.and garnishing with coriander leaves Serve it with rice.thank you.
