Steps

Peel and cut the plantain.add salt to boil for 10mins.

Wash and slice vegetable

Wash and Slice the fresh Tomatoes and fresh pepper

Place frying pan on heat,when is hot and dry pour in the vegetables oil.

After few seconds pour in the sliced fresh tomatoes and fresh pepper.fry for few seconds.

Add curry,salt,knorr seasoning and allow to fry for at least 2mins.

Then pour in the vegetable stir and bring it down to avoid over cooking the vegetable.
