Cut & wash methi.

Heat oil in a Kadhai. Add garlic paste. Saute it. Add methi Leaves. Saute all for 1 minute. Add potatoes, green chillies & tomatoes. Cover it & cook it on medium flame until potatoes & methi.

Once cooked & water evaporates. Add dry spices. Mix properly. Cook it on slow until it separates oil. Check seasonings.

Garnish with milk cream or malai. Serve hot with roti or parantha.
