I was told by someone that they wanted to eat Valentine's cookies, so I figured I would give it a try.These will become closer to Auntie Stella's ( a cookie store in Japan) cookies by spreading th dough out thinly.Some light-colored bits might remain with only 12 minutes. I decided to make chocolate chip cookies once and used the first recipe Google threw at me. It turned out to be the best chocolate chip cookies I'd ever had. They are very soft and moist. I would compare them to Subway cookies but not as flat.I kept making these often-requested cookies for a few years for all of my friends and family but then disaster struck! The recipe was removed from the app!Fortunately I had previously emailed the recipe to someone so now I'm re-posting this recipe for everyone to enjoy.
