Ab mixer jar me broccoli,peas,coriander leaves aur ginger dal ke grind kar le.

Ab mixture pan me dale.as required water add karein.medium flame par boil hone Deepi.ab usme salt,black pepper,vinegar add karein.5-7minutes tak pakaye.

Ab strainer se soup ko chan le.

Serving bowl me dale.garnishing ke liye cream ya white butter dale.
