Mexican Doritos casserole

My gorgeous ladie surprised me with this great dish. It was extremely tasteful I would eat it every night if I could. I advise any and everyone to try this it's really awsome.

Pre heat oven to 350°F

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl excluding Doritos
- 3
Crush 2 cups of Doritos and put aside
- 4
In a greased baking dish put one layer of crushed Doritos followed by a layer of chicken mixture
- 5
Repeat once more, ending with layer of chicken mix
- 6
Top with layer of cheese and remainder of Doritos If desired
- 7
Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbling hot
- 8
Let sit for 5 minutes and serve.

There are many versions of this on Pintrest and this is my version! You could also use ground beef or (other ground meat) with half a pack of taco seasoning, which I will be trying next! The topping are endless and it can be altered to your liking. I used lowfat/fat free ingredients where I could to make it a little bit healthier.
