Chicken Dorito's Casserole

This is a cheesy chicken dish that has the crunch of Doritos and the spice of rotel tomatoes.

My gorgeous ladie surprised me with this great dish. It was extremely tasteful I would eat it every night if I could. I advise any and everyone to try this it's really awsome.

I have three sons (9,7,and 2) and a daughter (1).I try to have dinner ready to eat by the time my husband comes home, but that doesn't always work. So my sister-in-law sent me this recipe because it's very easy and quick to make. We love it and I change the salsa and add diced onions and/or diced bell peppers at times. I always double the recipe and make two pans. Hope you enjoy! ! 😄

There are many versions of this on Pintrest and this is my version! You could also use ground beef or (other ground meat) with half a pack of taco seasoning, which I will be trying next! The topping are endless and it can be altered to your liking. I used lowfat/fat free ingredients where I could to make it a little bit healthier.

Easy quick and good

I've seen different Dorito casseroles. So i decided to try one of my own and this is what i came up with.

I saw this recipe made by Paula Dean and wanted to try it. Glad I did cause it's now a family favorite!!!

This is a fairly easy recipe with a big taste. Good for multiple people. Also, there's leftovers the next day for lunch! 👍🏻

I am not a fan of using can cheese soup but with a little doctoring up you won't be able to tell. I found this on Pintrest and changed it up a bit to make it even better.

My mom used to make this for me and my brother and our friends. She still makes it. I took it from her to make for my husband and I, its a quick easy meal to make, when we have kids over I get them in the kitchen to help me make it.

This dish was really tasty the kids really enjoyed it we love tacos. I will find myself making this again.

My family loves enchiladas i use to roll each one fry and smother stuffed with chicken it use to twice as long so i decided to stack everything and it was delicious and less time consuming for all moms and wifes time is precious so cut back on cooking and it still taste great enjoy
