  1. 1 lbground beef
  2. 1 lbboneless chicken breast or chicken strips
  3. 1 cancream of chicken
  4. 1 canmild rotel
  5. 2 canMexican corn
  6. 2 cupshredded mozzarella
  7. 2 cupMexican blend cheese
  8. 2 cupColby/Jack cheese
  9. 2 packagesdoritos (spicy sweet chilli & spicy nacho cheese)
  10. 1/4 cupWater
  11. 1/3 cupbutter

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a skillet add butter an chicken (season with Kick'n Chicken or seasoning salt)

    In another skillet brown ground beef

  3. 3

    When chicken starts to sizzle add water an cook until u can break with fork or spoon

  4. 4

    In a large baking pan coat the bottom with a layer of crushed doritos (both flavors)

  5. 5

    In the pot with the beef add your chopped chicken, cream of chicken, corn, rotel, an pepper

  6. 6

    Cook ingredients together for about 5 minutes

  7. 7

    Add a layer of meat mixture to layer of chips

  8. 8

    Add the layer of three cheeses

  9. 9

    Crush more doritos by hand an make another layer and continue until you run out of meat!

    Pop in the oven for about 15 minutes

  11. 11

    Serve with enchiladas or mashed potatoes and ENJOY!!
