Heat vegetable oil in a medium sized pot at med high heat.

Cut potatoes long ways into frie sized shapes.

Mix dry ingredients in a separate container.

Roll cut potatoes in mixed ingredients until coated evenly.

Fry until golden brown, salt, pepper, let cool and enjoy.
