1whole garlic
2Shallots
2 lbchicken thighs & legs
1/4 cupTamari sauce
1 tbspAgave
sesame oil

Combine diced garlic, shallots, sesame oil with tamari and agave with 3/4-cup of water in a large freezer storage zip lock bag.

Marinate for 3 to 8 hrs for tastiest results.

Bake on 375°F for 45 mins.
