Ingredients

  1. 12 ozfrozen corn
  2. 1cube Chipotle bullion cube
  3. 14 ozevaporated milk
  4. 1/4 cupmilk
  5. 1/4 cupsr flour
  6. 1/4 tspsalt
  7. 1 1/2 cupcups extra sharp shredded cheddar cheese half cup reserved
  8. 1 cuppanko breadcrumbs
  9. 1/4 cupolive oil
  10. 1/2 stickbutter
  11. 2 tbspgrated parmesan cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat milk add corn and butter

    In a pan heat olive oil and toast breadcrumbs

    Add cheese let melt stirring constantly

    When cheese is melted and milk is hot started to boil

  5. 5

    Add flour to quarter cup of milk mix well

    Add to corn cheese let thicken when thicken remove from heat

    Add half cup cheese and parmesan cheese

    Let cheese melt a little add breadcrumbs
