Over-easy Pucker Up Eggs

A quick and easy energizing breakfast! Another one of my lemon addiction creations. This gives eggs a much better flavor. Eggs and lemon provide a natural energy and metabolism boost.

Ingredients

  1. 2 tbspbutter or margarine
  2. 3 eacheggs
  3. 3 tbsplemon juice
  4. 1lemon & pepper seasoning
  5. 1garlic powder
  6. 1 dashground black pepper
  7. 1 dashsea salt

Cooking Instructions

    You will need:

    Preheat medium sized skillet on medium heat for about 1 minute

  3. 3

    Add your butter to the skillet and coat as it melts

  4. 4

    Carefully crack your 3 eggs, with good spacing into the skillet. Don't break the yolk.

  5. 5

    Drizzle half of the lemon juice directly over the eggs.

  6. 6

    Sprinkle the rest of the ingredients to your liking in top of the eggs.

  7. 7

    Cook for approximately 2 minutes or until the eggs look like this

    Carefully flip the eggs and drizzle remaining lemon juice, and seasonings to taste.

    Put heat on low and cook for 1 minute. For very "runny" eggs do 30 seconds.

  10. 10

    Remove from heat and enjoy!
