Fusili with parsley and olives pesto

Ingredients

  1. 200 gramsBlack olives( seed removed)
  2. 1 clovegarlic
  3. 100 gramsgrated parmesan cheese
  4. 1 bunchchopped parsley
  5. 50 gramschopped nuts
  6. 80 mlolive oil, extra virgin
  7. 1ground black pepper
  8. 1fusili

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Chop all the ingredients and add in blender all except oil

  2. 2

    Add the olive oil

  3. 3

    Boil fusili for 5 minutes

  4. 4

    When you rinse the fusili left some of the water to later add in the pesto

  5. 5

    mix the pesto with fusili add some water

  6. 6
