Chicken parmagiana

This recipe was given to me by a friend. And now I am posting this recipe for my friend in Thailand who has asked me for it. This is a very tasty dish that will have you wanting seconds. I hope you enjoy.
Cooking Instructions

Prepare a breading station by arranging 3 shallow bowls with the following. Flour salt and pepper in the first. Beaten eggs in the second. Breadcrumbs, 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, parsley and garlic in the 3rd.

Dredge the chicken first in the flour mixture, then the beaten egg, and lastly the bread crumb mixture. Ensure the breasts are completely coated.

Heat a large frying pan over medium heat. Add butter and oil. When oil is hot, and chicken and cook until golden brown on each side, about 2 to 3 minutes per side.

Transfer chicken to baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Top each breast with a spoonful of spaghetti sauce. About quarter cup grated mozzarella and 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese.

Bake at 350°F until an internal temperature of 165°F. Approximately 12 to 15 minutes depending on thickness.

Serve with remaining spaghetti sauce on side for dipping.
