1/4 cupDark Molasses
3 tbspBalsamic Vinegar
3 tbspOlive Oil
3Sprigs of Fresh Rosemary, leaves finely chopped
1Navel Orange, zested
4Boneless Center Cut Porkchops

Steps

15 mins

Combine molasses, balsamic, olive oil, rosemary and orange zest in a large bowl. Mix well.

Pat chops dry and season with salt and pepper.

Turn chops in marinade and let them sit for AT LEAST 15 minutes.

Pan fry over medium heat for 6-7 minutes per side.

Great recipe, very accurate and the meal is aromatic, I made some rice with spinach to go with it
