  1. 1Banana
  2. 1/2 cupQuick Oats
  3. 2Eggs
  4. 1Applesauce (no added sugar👍) (optional)
  5. 1Strawberries, Bluberries, Blackberries, Raspberries (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend until it looks like batter.

    Spray the pan and put on medium heat. Pour the batter. Wait for the golden brown and flip. I like to make about 4 mini pancakes and pile them on top of each other.

    Smother them in applesauce and sprinkle on the berries! If not a fan of applesauce, peanutbutter works too or if you prefer something lighter vanilla yogurt tastes surprisingly good. Enjoy!😁
