Ingredients

4 servings
  1. Bottlegaurd 1cup (grated)
  2. to tastesalt
  3. 1 spoonSoya sauce
  4. 1 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  5. 1 spoonAll purpose flour
  6. 2 spoonCorn flour
  7. 1/2 cupOil
  8. 1/2inch Ginger (finely chopped)
  9. 4cloves Garlic (finely chopped)
  10. 1/4cup Onion (thick chopped)
  11. 1/4cup Tomato(thick chopped)
  12. 1/4cup Capsicum (thick chopped)
  13. 1 spoonTomato sauce
  14. 1/2 spoonGreen chilli sauce
  15. 1/4cupCoriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a bowl add grated bottle gaurd, 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder, 1spoon corn flour, all purpose flour, 1 teaspoon soya sauce mix it well.

    Take a pan add oil then make ball from the mixture and fry till it golden brown..

    Take a pan add oil then add ginger, garlic saute then add onion fry for 1min..

  4. 4

    Add capsicum and tomato fry till it soft then add tomato sauce, green chilli sauce, soya sauce, red chilli powder and salt mix it well fry for 5min.

    Add 1/4cup water then add manchurian ball and coriander leaves cook for 5min..

  6. 6

    Bottle gaurd dry manchurian is ready to serve.
