Mushroom spinach soup

Take a deep soup pot. Add 1 tsp butter and sliced mushrooms.

Saute mushrooms for just 30 sec. Remove from the flame. Keep aside.

Take the same pot. Add the remaining butter and oil.

Add garlic,green chilies and onions. Saute them till onions get translucent.

Add chopped palak. Mix well.

Add 5 cup of the water. Cover with the lid.

Allow to cook them for 10 min.or till spinach get cooked.

Remove from the flame. Add 1/4 cup of the milk and blend all the soup mixture till it gets smooth Consistency.

Add sauteed mushrooms in the soup. Add pepper powder and the salt.

Simmer the soup about 5 min.at low flame.

Remove from the flame. Add 1/2 cup of the grated cheese in the soup

Serve hot.
