  • 4weetabix crushed
  • 100 gramscaster sugar
  • 100 gramsself raising flour
  • 14 gramsunsweetened cocoa powder
  • 100 gramsbaking chocolate your choice I used milk
  • 100 gramsmargarine
  • 1medium egg

  1. 1

    Pre heat oven to 180° the grease & line a square baking tin 8½ x 8½

  2. 2

    Whisk egg until slightly frothy, set aside

    Melt chocolate & margarine together

    While chocolate & margarine is melting weigh out all dry ingredients & mix well.

    Add egg to chocolate mixture & blend in then add to dry mix & blend well.

    Pour into tin & cook for 20 mins. When cooked let it go cold then turn out & cut.
