Ingredients

  1. noodle option
  2. 3 packagesAny ramen /instant noodle or any noodle
  3. 150 gramskimchi
  4. 4egg
  5. 2deseeded Red chili pepper
  6. 2deseeded green chili pepper
  7. 1 bunchspring onion
  8. 1 bunchfresh coriander leaf optional
  9. 3 tbspoil
  10. pounded paste
  11. 4pounded garlic
  12. 4pounded shallot
  13. seasoning
  14. 1 dashsalt and pepper
  15. 2 tbsplight soy sauce

Cooking Instructions

    Cook ramen

    Bring a pot of water to a boil then add ramen/instant noodle and let it simmer for 3 full minute then drain set aside

    Pound garlic and shallot then set aside

  4. 4

    Kimchi ramen

  5. 5

    Oil in pan sauté pounded paste till fragrance then add cooked ramen with kimchi and eggs

  6. 6

    Once egg start to set then stir fry to mix and add seasoning

  7. 7

    Add spring onion and chili pepper and stir fry for about 1 minute till ramen are dry and lightly brown at the bottom

  8. 8

    Off heat and serve
