2 lbSalmon filet
1 cupLow Sodium Soy Sauce
1 tbspGround ginger
1 tspSofrito
1 tbspRaw Honey
1 tbspButter
2 tbspFranks Red Hot Sauce
1 pinchground black pepper

Set oven to 350°F

In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, ginger, sofrito, honey and Franks hot sauce

Place aluminum foil on baking sheet

Break up butter into 4 pieces and place on baking sheet

Put salmon on baking sheet with the skin facing up
6

Mix and pour all ingredients over salmon evenly
7

Bake for 25 min (at the most). Turn salmon over half way through
