Tastes great and only 227 cal if you use lowfat yogurt and water

Ingredients

  1. 1banana frozen
  2. 20grapes frozen
  3. 1/4 cupyogurt I use lowfat
  4. 1/2 cupwater , milk , or juice

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Freeze fruit the day before. Put everything in a blender or nutrabullit and blend til grapes are shredded.

  2. 2

    For lower fat use water. For a creamier smoothy use milk and for more flavor you can add any fruit juice.
