Chop the pui shaak and wash it properly. Let it dry for a few minutes.

Chop the onion and green chilli.

In a bowl add the pui shaak, onion, green chilli, ajwain, haldi powder, red chilli powder and salt.

Add little water and mix all the ingredients properly.

In a kadai add oil and heat it.

Wet your hand, take some portion of the batter and fry it till golden brown from both side.

Pui shaaker bora is ready to serve.
