Wash the fresh matumbo in clean water

Cover with a tight lead to boil with the steam

In a sufuria add 500 ml of water and boil

When the water is about to dry up add a mixture of spices(onions, tomatoes, Dania).

Stir to obtain a perfect mixture

Add royco and a pinch of salt.

Add a little water, boil as you stir to obtain a wet stew

You can serve it plain or in a mixture of vegetables taken with ugali
