Add some milk to kneed gulab jamun mix and make a soft dough,

Apply ghee on both palm&then shape 60 round and smooth jamuns without cracks from the dough.you can put cardmon powder or chopped cashew nuts inside the jamuns.

Other side prepare sugar syrup with the help of required sugar and water (according to the ingredients)boil and simmer for 5 minutes,add few cardmon to the sugar syrup.

Deep fry the gamuns in ghee on medium to low flame untill golden brown.

Drain excess ghee,soak the jamuns in hot sugar syrup for 30 minutes
