  • 1 C.Quinoa
  • 2 C.Water

Steps

  1. 1

    Rinse quinoa in cool water for 2 + minutes.

  2. 2

    Mix liquid and quinoa in saucepan over high heat until boiling

  3. 3

    Put down to lowest heat and cover for 15 minutes.

  4. 4

    Remove from heat but leave covered for 5 - 10 more minutes.

  5. 5

    Fluff with fork.
