Ingredients

  1. 1 CanChickpeas Drained and Rinsed
  2. 1/4 C.+ 1 Tbs. Finely Chopped Dill Pickles
  3. 1/4 C.Diced Purple Onion
  4. 2 Tbs.Vegan Mayo
  5. 2& 1/2 tsp. Stone Ground Mustard
  6. 1& 1/2 tsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
  7. 1/4& 1/8 tsp. Sea Salt
  8. 2 tsp.Dill Weed
  9. 1/8 tsp.Tumeric
  10. 8-10Grinds of Pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Using a potato smasher rough mash the chickpeas until most are smashed.

  2. 2

    Add pickles, onions, mayo, mustard, vinegar, salt, dill, turmeric and pepper. Mix well.

  3. 3

    Store for up to 2 days.
