  • 125 gbutter
  • 375 mlflour
  • 15 mlbaking powder
  • 185 mlsugar
  • 2eggs
  • 185 mlfull cream milk

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Melt butter in a microwave

  2. 2

    Sift flour baking powder in a bowl

  3. 3

    Add sugar, eggs and milk mix on low speed until combined

  4. 4

    Pour mixture into a baking paper lined 20cm round cake tin

  5. 5

    Bake at 180'c for 45 minutes or until firm when slightly touched
