Ingredients

2 persons
  • 4-8 slicesBread -
  • For Stuffing :
  • 2 mediumBoiled and mashed potatoes -
  • 1 smallFinely chopped onions -
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspPepper powder -
  • 1 noGreen chillies - finely chopped
  • 1 tspChopped Coriander leaves -
  • 1/2 tspAmchur powder -
  • as neededOil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients for stuffing.

    Take bread slice. Dip in water for a second. Squeeze with your palms.

    Stuff little mixture and roll and shape it as per your requirement.

    Make all rolls.

  5. 5

    Deep fry on medium flame till golden brown.

    Serve hot with mint chutney / ketchup /tea/ coffee.
