Ingredients

  • 1/4 kgmeat
  • 1Chopped onions
  • 3chopped tomatoes
  • I bunch of spinach
  • Cooking oil
  • Garlic

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil meat till tender

  2. 2

    Heat the sufuria add cooking oil then cook the onions

  3. 3

    Add garlic then the chopped tomatoes

  4. 4

    Put the boiled meat and leave it to cook

  5. 5

    Steam the spinach with onions and cooking oil

  6. 6

    Serve with ugali
