Ingredients

  1. Panjabi kadhi
  2. Besan padoki
  3. 1/2 cupBesan
  4. 1/2 cupchopped onion
  5. 2green chilli
  6. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  7. 1/4 cupwater
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. Oil to fry
  10. For kadi
  11. 1/4 cupBesan
  12. 1/2 cupsour curd
  13. 1 1/2 cupwater or more
  14. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  15. 2 tbspoil
  16. For tempering
  17. 1/4 tspmethi dana
  18. 1/4 tspmustard seeds
  19. 2kashmir red chilli
  20. 1/4 tspasafoetida
  21. 5-6curry leaves
  22. Oil
  23. Aloo soya bean sabji
  24. 2potato
  25. 1onion
  26. 2 tbspginger garlic paste
  27. 2tomato puree
  28. 1 tspcoriander powder
  29. 1 tspgaram masala
  30. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  31. 1 tspred chilli powder
  32. 1 cupsoaked soya badi
  33. to tasteSalt
  34. 2big spoon mustard oil
  35. Chopped coriander

Steps

    Kadhi

  2. 2

    Take a bowl mix all the ingredients of padoki and make a paste Heat oil in deep pan and make small size pakodi and fry till golden brown in colour

  3. 3

    Take it out on tissue paper Take another bowl and make a mixture of kadi Heat oil in deep pan and add the kadi mixture to it

  4. 4

    Add salt and cook till it is a bit thick When you is half cooked add the prepared pakodi Off the gas and close it with lid

  5. 5

    Prepare the tempering Heat oil in pan and add all the tempering masala When it starts cracking off the gas and add it in the prepared kadi Serve it hot with steam rice

  6. 6

    Aloo soya badi sabji

  7. 7

    Heat oil in pressure cooker

  8. 8

    Add chopped onion and sauté then add ginger garlic paste and cook for few minutes

  9. 9

    Add tomato puree and all the dry ingredients and cool till it leaves oil

  10. 10

    Add potato cubes and soya badi and cook for few more minutes

  11. 11

    Now add a glass of water and salt and close the lid and cook till 2 whistle

  12. 12

    Off the gas and let the pressure release
