Ingredients

  1. 1 cupchanna sattu
  2. 2chopped onions
  3. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  4. 3-4green chilli chopped
  5. 2 tbspmasala of mircha achar
  6. 1 tbspamchur powder
  7. 1/2 tspajwain
  8. Pinchasafoetida
  9. 2 tbspmustard oil
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. Oil for making paratha
  12. Wheat flour dough for paratha

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients together and make the sattu stuffing

  2. 2

    Divide the dough in equal parts and fill each with the stuffing and then roll it out like a paratha

  3. 3

    Heat the tava abd cook the paratha applying oil in bith tge sides till golden

  4. 4

    Serve it hot with any chutney or sabji
