Steps

Take 1/2 cup sooji and 1/2 cup besan mix it with water and leave it for 10 min.

Then chop onions, tomato, green chlli and coriander leaves and salt and mix it with mixture of besan and sooji

Take non -stick pan and put it on a flame and after heating the pan take few drops of oil and spread it on a pan

Then spread that mixture of besan and sooji on a pan..then make it for few minutes..

Veg omlette is ready..
