In a bowl add suji curd and water and make it a medium consistence batter.

Add salt capsicum onion red chilli powder coriander powder turmeric powder black pepper Hing coriander leaves and green chilli. Mix all of properly.

Heat a heavy bottom kadhai. Put 2 tsp oil and mustard. Add Eno sachet to the batter.When mustard starts crackle put one karchi batter and cover the kadhai so that it get rise in steam.

After few minutes turn the suji Puff on another side. Sprinkle some oil drops if needed.

When it pro properly cook from both side place it in a serving plate.

Serve hot suji Puff with green chutney and tomato chilli sause.
