Boil 2 cups of water, add a pinch of salt and TBS cooking oil.

Add the carrots and peas. Cook at a lower heat till ready

Stir fry onions then add tomatoes and chopped capsicum.

Add beans and a little salt. Stir then simmer for 10 mins.
