Ingredients

  1. 2eggs
  2. 1large onion
  3. 2courgettes
  4. 4tomatoes
  5. 1garlic
  6. 1 teaspoonsalt
  7. 1 teaspoonoregano
  8. 1red pa paper
  9. 4 tablespooncheddar cheese
  10. 1/2 teaspoontabasco
  11. 2 tablespoonoil
  12. 250 gramspotatoes

Steps

    Heat oil into a pan.

  2. 2

    Add the chopped onion and garlic and let it cook for almost 2minutes

  3. 3

    Add the chopped red paper and grated courgette and let it cook

  4. 4

    Add the 1teaspoon of oregano,1/2teaspoon of Tabasco,1/2teaspoon of salt and the chopped tomatoes and stir

  5. 5

    Let it cook for some minutes and pour the sauce into oven dish

  6. 6

    Make two holes at the spread sauce and beat the eggs into the holes and spread the grated cheddar cheese on the top of the mixture.

  7. 7

    Then place the mixture into an oven and let it cook for 25 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius

  8. 8

    As it cooks defry the well square chopped potatoes to make the French fries.
