1 lbSpaghetti
1/2 lbBacon, fried and chopped
2Eggs, beaten
1 tspFresh ground pepper
1 tspSalt
1/2 cupFresh grated parmesan
1/3 packagesPeas
1 mediumOnion
2 cloveGarlic
1/4 cupWhite wine
2Eggs, beaten

Steps

Boil water in a large pot and cook pasta

Add peas in the pasta last 5 minutes

Fry bacon, set bacon fat aside

Chop onion, mince garlic

Saute onion, add garlic, bacon with 3 tblsp bacon fat and 2 tblsp olive oil

Add pasta and peas and stir to coat evenly

Add white wine and let saute

Quickly add beated eggs and toss do the erg does not set

Add parmesan and coat evenly
