1/2 tspcajun seasoning
1/4avocado
1/2 tbsplow fat or soy mayo
1whole wheat sandwich bun
1/4 cuparugula or mixed greens or romaine
1/2tomato, sliced.
1/4 cupthinly sliced red onion

Rub salmon on both sides with cajun season. Grill until cooked through, 3 to 4 min per side.
