Take both slice of bread, apply some butter then some green chutney. Put it aside.

In a bowl mix fresh coconut (grated),chopped mix veg in hung curd and salt and pepper mix well and apply this mixture on prepared bread slice and cover with second slice of bread and gently press it.

Make the Tawa ready for Roasting, put some oil and rai on it and wait for crakle then put Sandwich on Tawa, apply some Butter Roast it until it gets Golden Brown and Crispy from both side.

Enjoy with sauce or green chutney.
