Ingredients

  • 1 medium bowlLeft over rice
  • 1 mediumChopped onion
  • 1 bowlChopped veggies like carrot, capsicum and boiled methi saag
  • 1 cupboiled green peas
  • 2 tbspgrated cheese,
  • 1 tsp eachGrated ginger & garlic
  • 3 tbspSooji
  • 3 tbspBesan
  • 1 tbspCornflour
  • 1boiled and mashed potato
  • 1 pinchhing powder
  • 1 tspzeera powder
  • 1 tspgaram masala
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1green chilli chopped
  • 1 bunchchopped coriander leaves
  • to tasteSalt
  • as neededOil for shallow fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Mash the left over rice very well.

  2. 2

    Mix all the ingredients adding water as per need

    Give rest for 30 minutes

    Give shape to the cutest and shallow fry in a non-stick pan.

  5. 5

    Serve hot with green chutney or tomato sauce
