Grind moong dal in a jar by adding water. Add green and red chilli and little salt. Make a smooth batter.

In a bowl add paneer pieces, mixed achaar, black pepper powder,, little salt. Mix all very well.

In a pan add little oil, add crushed ginger and garlic. Cook it for a minute. Add sliced onion. Saute dem also.

Add achari Paneer. Add capsicum, little red chilli powder salt to taste,Chopped coriander leaves.

Now add dosa batter to a pan.(hot tawa, Grease it with little oil dein clean it and add some water drops dein again clean it)

Add achari paneer.

Serve it with sauce and Green Chutney.
