Heat a pressure cooker, add ghee to it,add the whole garam masalaand cashews to it and saute for 30 sec, add onion and saute for 2 min.

Now add the tomatoes and saute for 3-4 mins. Add salt and sugar and 1 cup water and put the lid on and cook till 4 whistles.

Let the pressure of cooker release by it's own. Blend all the mixture in a blender and sieve it twice.

Heat a kadhai and add the sieved mixture and bring it to a boil.

Add the butter to it and cook it for 1 min on high flame.

Add garam masala, coriander powder, kashmiri red chilli powder to it and cook for 2 minutes.

Add the paneer cubes and cook for 2 min on medium flame and add the kasuri methi.

Switch off the flame and add some cream and give it a gentle mix.

Shahi paneer is ready to serve.
