Mix all the ingredients in the flour and knead a soft dough with luckwarm water.

Keep aside for 15 min. Again knead the dough with your palm to make it smooth.

Divide the dough in to equal portions. Make round ball and press it with your palms. Make hole in the middle with your index finger.

Grease idli stand with applying some oil on it. And place the dhoklas in idli stand.

Steam the dhoklas in idli steamer for 15 to 20 min.

After 15 min. insert toothpick in dhokla, if it comes out clear your dhoklas are ready.

While serving pour some groundnut oil/desi ghee over the dhokla and serve with kadi/daal.
