Ingredients

30 mins
7 servings
  • 250 gmhung yogurt
  • 125 gmgrated paneer
  • 100 gmprocessed cheese
  • Chopped green chilli-2
  • Brown onion Julian's - 2 med
  • 1 tspRoasted jeera powder-
  • 1tspDhaniya powder
  • 1/2 tspBlack pepper grounded-
  • 1Grated gajar -
  • 1/2Finely chopped capsicum-
  • 1tspSalt
  • 1/2 tspBlack salt-
  • 3 tbspCorn flour-
  • tbspCorriender chopped-1
  • 1 tbspMint chopped-
  • 2 tbspBread crum-
  • 1 cupOil - 1cup- 250 ml for deep frying
  • 1tspChat masala-for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    Add all ingredients in a bowl except oil and chat masala.

  2. 2

    Knee the dough softly.

  3. 3

    Take oil in the palm.

  4. 4

    Make 14 balls of equal proportions.

  5. 5

    Flatten the balls.

  6. 6

    Take bread crum in a flat plate and coat each kebab with the bread crum.

  7. 7

    Dust excess bread crum.

  8. 8

    Take oil in a deep non stick kadai.

  9. 9

    Heat the oil in a med flame.

  10. 10

    When oil heats up first put 1 kebab to check if it's disintegrating or not.

  11. 11

    Fry 5 Kebabs at a time.

  12. 12

    Place the Kebabs on tissue paper to absorb excess oil.

  13. 13

    Serve hot with mint chutney and enjoy with family and friends.
