Add all ingredients in a bowl except oil and chat masala.

Knee the dough softly.

Take oil in the palm.

Make 14 balls of equal proportions.

Flatten the balls.

Take bread crum in a flat plate and coat each kebab with the bread crum.

Dust excess bread crum.

Take oil in a deep non stick kadai.

Heat the oil in a med flame.

When oil heats up first put 1 kebab to check if it's disintegrating or not.

Fry 5 Kebabs at a time.

Place the Kebabs on tissue paper to absorb excess oil.

Serve hot with mint chutney and enjoy with family and friends.
