Ab daal ko bina paani daale heeng daal kar pees le

Ab isme palak,besan,suji aur masale add karein..hari mirch,adrak b add karein

Ab oil grm karein aur pakode daal kar fry karein

Ab fry kar ke plate mein nikale.Chaat masala daale uper se chutney aur sauce se serve karein.
