Ingredients: 1/2 pound pasta I used whole grained spiral pasta; 1/3 pound beef salami cubed; 3 medium chicken breast boneless and skinless; 46 ounce jar of V-8 Vegetable Juice Drink; 1/4 pound carrots yellow; 1/4 pound carrots orange; 1/2 pound cauliflower; 1/2 pound whole green beans; 1-1/2 cup chopped celery; 1 cup chopped celery leaves; 1 small onion diced; 1 tablespoon ground Hungarian paprika; 1 tablespoon salt; 2 teaspoon granulated garlic powder; 1 teaspoon ground white pepper; 1 teaspoon liquid smoke

It's a very hearty rich delicious soup. It blends well. If it isn't enough broth in the soup add more V-8 Vegetable drink to it. If you want it spicier add the spicy V-8 drink to it.

1/2 poundpasta I used whole grained spiral pasta
1/3 poundbeef salami cubed
3medium chicken breast boneless and skinless
46 ouncejar of V-8 Vegetable Juice Drink
1/4 poundcarrots yellow
1/4 poundcarrots orange
1/2 poundcauliflower
1/2 poundwhole green beans
1-1/2 cupchopped celery
1 cupchopped celery leaves
1small onion diced
1 tablespoonground Hungarian paprika
1 tablespoonsalt
2 teaspoongranulated garlic powder
1 teaspoonground white pepper
1 teaspoonliquid smoke

Slice the chicken and add everything except pasta to a pot and boil covered.

After 7 minutes bring to a simmer covered. Add the pasta.

Simmer covered for 30 - 40 minutes

Let rest 15 minutes and stir then serve.
