Take a big bowl to knead the flour

In the flour add besan, chopped methi, salt and hing

Knead theflour soft not very soft but soft

Keep it aside

Now take the potatoes in the bowl and mash them.

Add chopped onion, dhania powder, salt, black salt, red chilli powder,amchur

Mix all the stuffing very well

Now make balls of the flour

Take a roler pin and roll them

Stuff it with stuffing

Now roll it slowly slowly widthe roller pin.

Put it on the hot tawa or pan

Spread the ghee or oil on the parantha on both the sides

Serve it hot with curd, achar, and white butter
