Ingredients

  • Dry Spice
  • 1/4 cupcorriander seed
  • 1 tbspblack peppwrcorn
  • 1 1/2 tbspCumin seed
  • 1 tbspGinger grated
  • 2green chiles hot
  • 5 cloveGarlic crushed
  • 2 ozCoconut desicated
  • Food processor
  • 5 1/2 ozwhite wine vinegar
  • 1onion chopped
  • Cooktop
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 1 tbspchille powder
  • 1tomato diced
  • 10curry leaves
  • 1/2 oztumeric fresh
  • 3/4 cupwater
  • 1protein (chicken, crab, etc)
  • 9 ozcoconut milk

Steps

  1. 1

    Toast Dry Spice until hear crackles

  2. 2

    Crush toasted Dry spice

  3. 3

    crush in garlic, ginger, chiles & coconut

  4. 4

    Transfer to food processor and add onion, wine vinegar

  5. 5

    Heat up oil and add mix cook for 3 to 5 min then add chile powder, tomatoes, curry leaves and fresh tumeric amd water

  6. 6

    put protein in rendered paste turn sown heat some add coconut milk

  7. 7

    gently simmer few min
